Justin and Karl are always amazing to deal with. They listen and follow through. I wish the dealership had more loaner car or rental availability for situations when they need to keep the vehicle longer than expected. Luckily another customer returned their loaner early for us to utilize.

Over many years, I have been the owner of several Volkswagens and never experienced any problems with the "Air Conditioning System" in any of my previous Volkwagen vehicles. My 2023 Jetta had to be brought in for service 2 times in August & September 2025 because of the failure with the "Air Conditioning System". I am very concerned that this major problem with the "Air Conditioning System" to my 2023 Jetta won't be the last time the "Air Conditioning Sysem" breaks-down in the future. Therefore, I fell that if it does, after the warranty expires, Volksgen MUST BE TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE AIR CONDITIONING REPAIRS, BECAUSE IT APPEARS THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THIS AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. I have always been satisfied with the friendly and professional staff from the Service Dept
