Tommy took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. Not all of my issues could be replicated in the current temps. Tommy didn’t try to gaslight the problem existing, but did make sure to document it for future reference. After several poor experiences with service team and management I was dreading taking my car back to LHM VW after several years of loyalty. Tommy renewed my trust and confidence in LHM VW service department.

I was treated with the upmost care and transparency during such a difficult time where quick action was required. I am so appreciative of my service advisor, Justin, he was absolutely amazing and so honest and professional. He truly demonstrated what I believe a brand like Volkswagen strives to be about. He made such a tough experience feel a little less stressful; knowing he would be honest, forthright and would make it a point to stay extra if needed just to make sure he get back in touch; I always knew he would! Thank you Justin for the experience and great care, and thank you Larry H Miller and team for helping me get through this difficult time and doing everything possible to get my car back on the road.

I chose a 5 star review because of the salesman that helped me out. He had the vehicle gassed up, detailed, prices figured out etc. Mac was the handsome gentleman that helped me out and got me into my brand new car !! Staff and finance managers were super helpful and made the process easy! Definitely love this dealership!!
