    Buying a car is always a stressful experience here. You never really know how much the dealer is screwing you. When you have a person that is willing to be transparent about the deal and treats you like a customer and not a money bag, it definitely helps. With that being said, at some moments I was treated like a customer, and at some other times I was a money bag. The financial managers were okay, but I can’t say the same about the salesperson. He had no knowledge of VW’s financial programs and was pushing to close for a deal most of the time. I ended up spending my entire day to close the deal, which in my opinion is not good.

    Didn't use my coupon, then just gave me lesser deal upon pointing this out. Wouldn't or didn't do a request to put undercarriage back on that was in trunk. Had plenty of time and charges high end for routine work.
