I had a door handle recall appointment. It took a bit to get checked in, but it was on time. Unfortunately, a ding on the rear door was noted after the service, however the service manager and associate have made arrangements to repair the paint. Door handles seem to work fine after replacement.

I've had a number of Volkswagens over the years and was very happy to find the 2024 GTI with manual transmission on your lot. I had a very good experience with my sales advisor, Victor Gunnells. He was very easy going, straight forward and respectful. I felt like he was trying to work with me to get me the best deal possible. I also have a really good service advisor in Karl Kompe and was very pleased that I would be able to continue my relationship with him.
