The service experience left us without the replacement part. It was a recall, we scheduled the appointment, they should have had the part available. Instead, we were left with a missing engine cover, no big deal. Right?

My car (2019 ALLTRACK) with 21585 miles was serviced in 05Nov24 at your facility. I requested then a 20,000 miles revision. I was told that besides the oil plus filter change my car was in perfect condition until the next oil change in Nov 2025. At exception of the front and rear wiper blades that are not in optimal conditions (I declined to change them). Change of 4 tires and Alignment was performed at your facility at 20,347 miles. At 22,559 miles, this April 14 I took my car for a checkup of the rear camera. Your service department told me that my car needed alignment, coolant fluid and brake fluid flush. This diagnose been done only 774 miles from my last service when I was told my car was in perfect condition until next oil change. After my complaining with the service department manager, I received an apology and I was told there was a confusion. I am still ver concerned about two so different car’s diagnosis in such a short period:Nov 2024 at 21785 miles or at April 2025 at 22, 559 miles. My previous service advisor was very professional. This time I have the sensation that the attention to female senior customers may be biased and I really hope it is not the case of this error. Thank you.
