They asked me to bring the car back and leave it for 2 days so the cooling system could be checked for leeks. 2 days to do a pressure check isn’t reasonable.

We were very happy with the purchase process at Larry H. Miller VW. We have been VW owners for about 17 years, previously through Chapman VW here in Tucson. When we started considering the significant purchase of the ID.Buzz, we naturally went to our previous dealer. They turned out to not be very helpful, so I thought I might as well try calling LHM. I happened to reach Robert, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful on that call and throughout the buying process. It was a long process, waiting for the Buzz to arrive, deciding on different colors and configurations... Robert kept me posted all along the way and was always friendly and helpful to deal with. The rest of the staff were the same, from Steve to Carlos to Raul. I'm glad I called LHM that day.
