    My whole experience was amazing! Myke and Steve really helped us out. The finance portion was quick as well. I love my new atlas CrossSport!

    Too long of a wait for needed part, approx 3months. We attempted to get elsewhere and or get gas tank needed replacement from another source, we were told we would have to pay a $200-300 reshelving fee. Not sure for what given part was on back order. We were not given an approx, time or arrival for part. I had to call to get updates. I find it difficult to understand how VW could not contact part provider to get a rough estimate of arrival.
