    I was able to make an appointment on the same day I called. The other dealership could only book me two weeks from my call. This was important as a service light had been activated. Kudos to the dealership for being available. The staff was professional and helpful. I didn’t give 5 stars as a few days after my service a lo tire pressure warning appeared. I guess it is possible that something abnormal occurred to activate the warning, but it seems if the tire pressure was checked, there should be limited reasons for the alert.

    I was allowed to make an appointment on the on-line calendar. I had to ask to receive a diagnostic test. A brief one was conducted. I needed a re-set of the computer and a faulty fuel item. I made an appointment to return the car for it to be fixed. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday morning AND IT WAS NOT UNTIL THURSDAY LATE AFTERNOON that you even looked at the car. No work started on it until Friday afternoon. I pose the question...what is the point of an appointment? I did not lose the use of my car (no loaner or offer of one) just to have it sit in a queue for 48 hours. I did not get the car back until Friday late afternoon. Totally unacceptable.
