Arranging for a loaner car was disappointing. Service time estimate was 2-3 days. Actual time, one day. I had already made other plans when I was notified of car being ready. If it had been clear at scheduling that service would be only one day, I would not have tried to arrange for a loaner vehicle. I was not offered a shuttle service; I'm not sure one even exists at this dealership. The service associate, Justin, was trying his best to get me scheduled; but it was apparent he was trying to work around a vague loaner car service. A shuttle service would have helped. I ended up riding a bike both ways for the service.
