Connor (salesman), along with Steven (manager) and Devin (finance), made the process simple, not stressful, and made sure I was able to get the best deal for my vehicle. Very happy with my trade-in and purchase price that these gentlemen worked to make sure I felt comfortable with. I told them what I was looking for and what I needed to be at, and they made it happen. Overall a great experience and customer service, plus a nice facility! Highly recommend!

What you're doing right: 1) Honest, knowledgeable, friendly Service Advisor; 2) Master Mechanic in Matthew. I have no thoughts on how to improve service though I should mention that I service my Honda here instead of going across the street to AutoNation Honda because of the treatment I receive here
