I was very pleased overall with my experience. My service rep was courteous and straight forward. The only reason for 4 stars is that you didn't have the parts to fix the break issues. Seems to me that should be something stocked or available the same day.

When I received a recall letter for a software update I was told that the update as well as a recall for the door handles could be completed in one day. I scheduled an appointment for the next week. Since I was out of town my wife dropped off the car and when she did they told her it would be two to three days not one. She was also told that there were no loaners available. The car wasn’t actually ready for an entire week. The software update was the only thing done because although the door handle recall has a solution apparently the parts aren't available. So what should have been one day ended up being one week and my wife had no vehicle the entire time.
