Our sales person, Junior, was what made this experience so great. He went above and beyond for us. Was patient when we wanted to test drive and look at several cars on the lot. Made no qualms about negotiating our payment to where we were comfortable. We knew we wanted another Volkswagen, as we have loved our past VW vehicles and he helped us find the perfect one. Raul made the finance paperwork quick and easy and we are so happy we got the additional warranty and Gap coverage as his explanation made perfect sense as to why those things are so important. It didn't feel like a sales pitch. Thanks so much for making it easy and we love our new car.
