    The Larry Miller Service Department is amazing! I was greeted promptly in the light and bright service foyer and paired with an Advisor named Justin. Justin was warm and friendly and really took the time to understand what was going on with my Jetta. He was very knowledgeable and explained the possible costs I might incur. He was great about keeping me updated on my car's status. When I picked my car up, I was greeted by Alazar (sp) who was very friendly and helpful. The professionalism and caring of the service department is what inspired me to purchase an extended warranty through Volkswagen instead of a thrid party company. Keep up the GREAT work!

    The service department personnel are just fine to work with. However, the vehicle itself has ongoing issues with the brakes and Volkswagen is completely dismissive of the continued issues. It is 100% a safety issue to have the brakes perform in the condition that they are.

    Because this service department is the best and I've been to a lot of them. Karl my service manager was so kind and understanding, letting me know everything v that was being done, and what I needed to get . Also they cleaned my car so good, it means a lot to a 67 year old disabled person, who has trouble doing herself..nothing to improve

    Took 2 hours for an inspection and oil change. would've liked it to be a little quicker. the people in the service department were good and explained things ok. the lobby to wait had a weird smell and there is water damage on the ceiling from a leak. It was freezing so I had no choice but to wait inside. I have athsma and reactive airway disease so I was worried for my lungs. Even outside where you leave and get your car I could see evidence of water leaks and mold from the vents. In such a nice dealership, I would expect it to be cleaner and have safer air to breathe. But no complaints on the mechanics/technicians.

    The Service Center is great, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, they don't offer products and services that you don't need, and try to get the service done as quickly as possible.
