Because this service department is the best and I've been to a lot of them. Karl my service manager was so kind and understanding, letting me know everything v that was being done, and what I needed to get . Also they cleaned my car so good, it means a lot to a 67 year old disabled person, who has trouble doing herself..nothing to improve

Took 2 hours for an inspection and oil change. would've liked it to be a little quicker. the people in the service department were good and explained things ok. the lobby to wait had a weird smell and there is water damage on the ceiling from a leak. It was freezing so I had no choice but to wait inside. I have athsma and reactive airway disease so I was worried for my lungs. Even outside where you leave and get your car I could see evidence of water leaks and mold from the vents. In such a nice dealership, I would expect it to be cleaner and have safer air to breathe. But no complaints on the mechanics/technicians.

The Service Center is great, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful, they don't offer products and services that you don't need, and try to get the service done as quickly as possible.

I went in to test drive a manual transmission vehicle (I wasn’t really specific on which I wanted to try, I just wanted to see what a newer transmission felt like.) Anyways, Victor was extremely helpful and suggested a gti. I didn’t really want to try it because it sounded out of my price range but I tried it and fell in love! He worked with Devin (I think that’s his name) and Darrel and they got us approved which was amazing in itself because I really didn’t think I would be! Now I’m driving my dream car!
