Went for an oil change last week. They lied to me and told me they did it, today my car turned off and wouldn’t turn back on. They actually never even changed the oil in my car!if my car has some damage I hope you guys will fix it too.

The only reason I gave a lower rating instead of a full 5 stars is the time it took to receive parts. Though that's not necessarily the shop's control, VW uses specialized parts that take time to get, which can be frustrated for an "easy" fix.

My wait was three hours. Marcus offered a free Uber ride to the mall, but the mall did not open until later in the morning. I found the waiting area to be comfortable, but would have appreciated a daily paper or something to read, as I had forgotten my book. A TV is available, but no sound.

My oil change appointment was booked the day I called and Salazar got me in quickly, and the oil change was done within an hour and an half. Everything was taken care of. He was very courteous and professional I would definitely work with him again for upcoming oil changes/ services.
