    I came in with a check engine light in my new car, and the issue was fixed super fast. Aleazar was friendly and answered my questions well, and was also great about communicating with me about the status of my car and following up to make sure that everything was taken care of.

    Karl went above and beyond for us on our service. Very honest, courteous and informative. Even as we were about to leave I had mentioned my battery on my key fob was low and where can I get a battery to change it and he brought us back inside and changed it himself with no extra charge. I know he didn’t have to do that but he did and I honestly never fill these out unless they’re warranted and Karl definitely deserved to be praised for how he treated us on this last visit. I will always go see Karl when I need service on my Tiguan.

    Entire staff are knowledgeable, communicate accurately car issues, test results and recommendations; value your time. Management and entire collaborate well as a team and willingly offer discounts to help customer budget.
