My experience with the service department at Larry H Miller Volkswagen was outstanding! My advisor Ruben Guayante took the time to thoroughly explain the additional services that were needed and kept me informed of the progress of the service. When the service was completed I noticed the screen format on my dashboard had changed and he immediately came out to thc car a made the necessary adjustments to bring it back to the original settings...something I could never have done on my own. I also want to acknowledge their service manager Tommy Bernath who took the time to request a diagonistic to verify the alignment concern and once completed showed and explained to me the results. As a result I felt totally confident to go foreward with the service that was recommended. All in all I feel very confident bringing my vehicle to Larry Miller Volkswagen and would highly recommend their service department.

Mychal Henderson was our salesman. He was very professional and not pushy. He really worked with us dealing with a trailer hitch problem and a rear view mirror with garage openings capabilities to be exchanged between the 2 vehicles. Victor sent us the email information on the 2025 TIQUAN and put figures on paper for us. Darrell the finance guy was great explaining everything and trying to get us the best interest rate. The whole team was impressive and high quality people!!!
